The occasional CulturePGH dinner
A few times a year, one of our partner restaurants hosts a sit-down dinner. It's a ticketed evening where guests hear the owner's story over a multi-course meal, with proceeds supporting the restaurant.

How a dinner works
Each dinner is a little different, because each restaurant decides its own menu. Here's the general shape of the night.
Sit down and eat
We mix up the seating so you end up talking with people you haven't met. Food starts coming out soon after everyone arrives.
Hear the story
Between courses, the owner or someone in their family talks about what we're eating, where it's from, and how they ended up cooking it in Pittsburgh.
Ask questions
After the talk there's time for questions while dessert comes out.
